Common Amenity Housing Project

Employee housing is hard to come by in Canmore/Banff.

  • 10 assignable parking stalls, 20 assignable gear storage lockers and ample covered bike storage

These units are being offered for sale or lease to employers for use by their employees. 

An Employee Housing Agreement between the employer and employee will be required, stating:

  • Employee must remain employed by the employer

  • Employees must adhere to the condo bylaws (including noise, visitors, quiet hours, pets, smoking, etc.)

  • Employer retains inspection rights

  • Daily lease, with eviction on 24 hours notice
