An Employee Housing Agreement between the employer and employee will be required, stating:
Employee must remain employed by the employer
Employees must adhere to the condo bylaws (including noise, visitors, quiet hours, pets, smoking, etc.)
Employer retains inspection rights
Daily lease, with eviction on 24 hours notice
